With over a decade of experience in healthcare; I received a master's degree in nursing from Marquette University in 2016 and completed my Nurse Practitioner schooling through St. Louis University. In addition to Family Practice, I have always had an interest in skin, aging, and the multifaceted beauty industry. I have been fortunate enough to work beside and learn from many reputable physicians, nurses, and trainers, who have shared various approaches and modalities to facial balancing, and multi-treatment combinations, all while maintaining a natural approach.

PATRICIA

CO-OWNER // MASTER AESTHETICIAN

I went to Michigan State University and graduated with an Elementry Education Degree. After teaching for 4 years, I became a stay-at-home mother. During that time I created and patented a stain remover for clothes. Although this didn't go quite as planned, I decided on a new career at 40 to enter Aesthetics. I suffered from Melasma after my pregnancy and while trying to find ways to overcome this, It reminded me of my passion for getting rid of stains. Treating skin is similar to a science experiment. Everyone has different skin with unique needs. I love helping my patients match the right treatment and skincare regimen that is perfect for them and seeing the joy that it brings reminds me of why I love what I do. My favorite treatment is SkinPen with Sculptra. It's my go-to Anti-Aging. In my free time, I enjoy spending moments with my adult children, snuggling my sheepadoodle Pepper and traveling the world with my boyfriend.

MCKENNA

I received my Bachelor of Science from Augsburg University in 2021. Following graduation, I pursued my Bachelor in Nursing at the College of St. Scholastica. I made the decision to explore Aesthetics after working reception in a Dermatology Clinic where I was able to see my sister, Devon Ellena, perform injections and change her patients' lives by building their confidence. I was fortunate to witness firsthand how natural injectables can look and quickly knew this was something I wanted to learn for myself. My favorite treatments include a half-syringe of lip filler in conjunction with Botox to the jawline. Outside of my nursing career in Critical Care and Aesthetics, I love to run, lift, do hot yoga, and play hockey with my old college teammates in a women's league. I relax and unwind with a good glass of wine while watching rom com's.

MANDY

I began my journey through Aesthetics in 2020. I received my Bachelor's in Nursing from Capella University. I have an overwhelming passion for Aesthetic work, driven by my appreciation for the intricate attention to detail that it demands. To me, it's not merely a profession; It's an ever-evolving art form that continuously fuels my desire to learn and grow. It is the profound connection I establish with each one of my patients that sets my heart aglow. These connections are rooted in the shared understanding of the transformative power Aesthetics are able to provide. Through education and empathy, I aim to not only enhance my patient's physical beauty but also nurture their inner confidence. Through the joining of these two elements, I have found the journey of both artistry and human connection to be work that is truly fulfilling. My favorite treatments are Sculptra, Lip Filler, Facial Balancing, and SkinPen. Outside of my time in the clinic, I love to try new restaurants, explore diverse cuisines, and create memorable moments with family.

I graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Nursing and found my passion for aesthetics immediately. I began my journey working for three plastic surgeons floating from the OR to seeing patients post-operatively. Watching patients light up with confidence throughout their transformations was so rewarding and made me fall in love with my role within the industry. While craving to play a more significant part of the specialty, I decided to become an aesthetic provider. I began to apprentice under Devon in 2022 and have been practicing independently since 2023. My priority is honoring patients' goals and enhancing their natural beauty. My favorite treatments are Baby Botox and Half-Syringe of Lip Filler. When I'm OOO I love traveling to warm climates during the colder season, reading a page-turning psychological thriller, barre class, and being present as a friend, daughter, sister, and auntie!

COLTEN

I've been working in the healthcare industry for the last 10 years. In 2019 while working as a CNA and MA, I graduated with my bachelor's in nursing. Shortly after I began working as an ER nurse. In 2022 I moved from South Dakota to Minneapolis and found Devon while looking to continue my neurotoxin regimen. Looking to deepen my education and skillset around aesthetics, Devon was kind enough to bring me onto the team. I've always had a passion for skin care and maintaining a youthful glow. My go-to treatments are a half-syringe of lip filler and the infamous lip flip. In my free time, I love to spend time traveling, hiking, or playing tennis and golf.

I worked in healthcare for 4 years while studying for my BSN at St. Olaf College and am currently working in the MICU. Aesthetic nursing is something that felt very natural to me as I used to commission my paintings and murals on the side! I loved the idea of being able to intertwine my artistic abilities, creativity, and nursing while helping people to look and feel their best. My favorite treatments are Sculptra and Cheek Countouring. Aside from painting, i spend my days off spoiling my puppies Milo and Millie and have quite the green thumb!

Hi! I'm Macey Ravndalen! I have been in the marketing industry, managing for over 3 years. I enjoy the creativity and freedom of creating social media content for Ellena Aesthetics. I have always loved the aesthetic world. I am so excited to get to work with Devon and to have the opportunity to witness patient transformations while learning more about injectables and skin health. My favorite treatment and Clinic Ellena is Masster Botox for TMJ - it changed my life. If I'm not working, I am shopping, cooking or grabbing a drink with friends.

ADVANCED PRACTICE AESTHETICIAN

My journey in aesthetics started with a love for all things beauty - my first job in the field was doing freelance makeup for events and weddings which transitioned into having a deep passion for all things skin. I received my Advanced Practice license from SAVANT Aesthetics Institute with a focus on mastering transformative skin procedures. My favorite part of being an aesthetician is forming genuine connections with my clients - feeling your best requires a mental and physical approach and it is my goal to help you glow from the inside out. My favorite treatment at Clinic Ellena is our VI Peel. This treatment is a transformative experience that is both effective and safe for all skin types. In my free time you can find me with my dogs Xena and Tex hiking, listening to a true crime podcast or researching the latest and greatest new skin care products!

HALEY

MASTER AESTHETICIAN

I'm Haley! I graduated from the AVEDA Institute in 2006 and have 17 years of experience in the skincare industry. I’m a licensed AP esthetician. I have a background in training and education, focusing on clinical skincare treatments. My favorite treatments are SkinPen microneedling and the Lutronic Ultra laser. I spend my free time with my two boys and our Shitzu!
