Cancellation policy 

You must cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fee. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, please call the clinic & we will assist you. 

Appointment Etiquette 

Please show up to your appointment 10 minutes prior. We want to ensure you are checked in, comfortable, & ready for your appointment. 

Multiple Service Request

You can book multiple services for one appointment. Please book one of the services online & leave a note in the comments regarding the additional services you would like during that time. 

Pricing 

Pricing varies for each service. Please call the clinic if you would like to know the price of your desired service.
